Redevelopment will lead to jobs, critical services

by The 100 Companies

Seminole County recently released an RFQ to redevelop the Rosenwald School in Altamonte Springs in my district. Working together with government, private sector and nonprofit partners, we have an excellent opportunity to provide needed services in the Winwood/East Altamonte community such as health care, mental health services and child care.

The site is located near the Altamonte Springs SunRail station, offering great possibilities for mobility options as well as retail and residential space. Redeveloping the Rosenwald School will tremendously benefit the underserved local community both in economic impact and in providing critical services.

For more information, view the RFQ here.
