Florida’s best farmers markets

by The 100 Companies

With 25,000 weekly visitors, Jacksonville Farmers Market is North Florida’s largest and oldest farmers market. Open daily, it showcases more than 100 vendors.

A staple since 1978, the Tallahassee Farmers Market takes place Saturdays, 8am-noon, and offers cooking demonstrations in addition to organic vendors.

Audubon Park Community Market in Orlando has been central Florida’s top source for local food and sustainable prices since 2009. It gathers Monday evenings 5-8pm in the Stardust parking lot at 1842 E. Winter Park Rd.

Celebrating 35 years, the Orlando Farmers Market is open Sundays, 10am-3pm, overlooking downtown’s Lake Eola with a wine and beer garden.
